This company is a supplier not a distributor. A supplier sell product while a distributor distributes for companies. It is good to set the record straight. I was once a customer. They have good product selection but they have stopped selling to my company for competition reason so I have to look for distributors who sell for manufacturers. I have nothing else against them. If you are looking for a supplier, they are good otherwise look for a distributor.

I've been searching everywhere for Potassium Bicarbonate, to treat powdery mildew in my garden. I was only able to find it on Amazon and it was so expensive for a small portion. I found Alphachem while searching online. While on their website I wasn't sure how to place the order so I called in. I got a wonderful lady by the name of Crystal. Not only did she provide all the information I needed, her customer service was on point! She took my order and had me scheduled for pickup today. I got larger quantity for half the price. I picked up my order this morning and I'm happy to say after one treatment/spray the powdery mildew is almost gone. This will definitely last me a while. Great customer service and great prices!! You have gained a customer in me, and I also love that no order is too small for them!

Alphachem is apparently a small company that makes chemicals widely available.My experience with them was second to none. The customer service personnel answered all of my questions and was enthusiastically helpful. Prices are more than reasonable and beat pricing at larger companies that sell similar ACS grade materials such as Thermo-fisher scientific.My only criticism is that their website lists products that I found out later are unavailable. Perhaps this was a supply chain issue that is too common during Covid19.
